The MMS Rural Clinic, located at 103 Ruby Street in Stephens, Arkansas, is your hometown provider of quality, effective, and compassionate care for all members of your family. From birth through the end of life, we are committed to providing excellent care. Our primary service area is Stephens, Arkansas, but we receive patients from other towns in Ouachita, Columbia, Dallas, Nevada, Union, Lafayette counties, etc.

We provide services in primary care, pediatric care, women’s health, geriatric care, immunizations, wellness exams, weight loss management, mental health, opioid use disorders, acute care, and more.

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
